Pink Warrior® Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the PinkWarrior.com website.

We’ve kept these Terms & Conditions as straightforward as possible. They’re here to make the practical side of ordering clear, so there are no surprises along the way. If you have any questions or need clarification about these Terms or your order, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorized.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, design/message, size, colour, quantity and shipping address. Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer for fulfillment, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

A copy of your Internet sales contract will be provided within 15 days of purchase.

Product Availability & Substitutions

Product availability may change unexpectedly. If a product, style, colour or other selected option becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Pink Warrior® may contact you to discuss an available alternative that is the same, similar or comparable.

No substitution will be made without your approval. If an acceptable alternative is not available, the affected item may be cancelled and refunded.

Manufacturer-Direct Fulfillment

Pink Warrior® products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Order information necessary to process and ship your purchase may be provided to the appropriate manufacturer or fulfillment partner.

Shipping & Delivery

Online orders are currently available for delivery within Canada. Out of country shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery dates provided at the time of order are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, carriers, weather, holidays, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.

An order taking longer than the estimated delivery time does not, by itself, qualify for a refund.

If you are ordering for a special event, holiday, birthday or specific date, we recommend ordering well in advance.

If you would like your order shipped faster, please contact Customer Service before placing your order. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost, depending on the product, manufacturer and shipping destination. Expedited shipping applies to the shipping portion of the order and does not necessarily mean expedited production.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, colours and sizing information. Colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

Please review the product information and your order confirmation carefully before placing your order.

Returns, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Returns, damaged or defective items and incorrect orders are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

When contacting customerservice@pinkwarrior.com about an issue, please have your order number and a clear description of the problem available. We may also ask for your order confirmation or invoice and clear photos showing the issue.

If an item needs to be returned, customerservice@pinkwarrior.com will provide return instructions before the item is sent back.

We will work with you to find the most practical solution and, whenever possible, determine whether the issue can be resolved without requiring the item to be returned.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

Customer-Selected Information

Customers are responsible for the information selected or entered when placing an order, including size, colour, design or message, quantity and shipping address.

Customer-selected errors may not qualify for a refund or replacement where the order confirmation provided an opportunity to review the information before fulfillment.

Personalized Products

Personalized products are not returnable or refundable due to customer-selected errors.

This does not affect any rights relating to products that are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Customer Communications

We welcome questions, concerns and feedback and will make reasonable efforts to assist customers.

Abusive, threatening, harassing or excessively repetitive communications are not acceptable. Where necessary, Pink Warrior® may limit communications to written correspondence or take other reasonable measures to protect our staff and business.

Questions About an Order

If you need to contact us with a question, concern or request to check on an order, please have your order confirmation or other order information available. It helps us find the right order and get you the information you need.

PINK WARRIOR® is a registered Canadian trademark, Registration No. TMA815744, owned by Kelly Gatzke.

The Pink Warrior Dragon® design/logo is a registered trademark application filed by Kelly Gatzke, Application No. 1,588,306.

The Pink Warrior Dragon® artwork was originally commissioned from artist Holly Hanley and is used by Pink Warrior® under an exclusive licence.

Pink Warrior® names, trademarks, logos, artwork, designs, written content, photographs and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used, in whole or in part, without permission.

Copyright & Licensed Material

Original Pink Warrior® materials are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.

Pink Warrior® may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Saskatchewan, Canada.
