ABOUT PINK WARRIOR®

What is Pink Warrior®?

Pink Warrior® is a breast cancer awareness brand founded in 2005 by Kelly Gatzke, in honour and support of his young wife, Fiona, as she faced breast cancer.

More than awareness, Pink Warrior® shares messages of hope, courage and grit through meaningful designs and products that seek to empower fighters, survivors and supporters. Born from a personal cancer journey, our message also embraces those facing other illnesses, loss, caregiving and life’s difficult challenges.

When was Pink Warrior® established, and who owns the trademark?

Pink Warrior® was established in 2005. The Pink Warrior® trademark is owned by Kelly Gatzke.

Does Pink Warrior® go by or sell under any other name?

No. We are Pink Warrior®. Established in 2005, Pink Warrior® is the original and trademarked name under which we have and continue to operate under.

What is the Pink Warrior Dragon® about?

The Pink Warrior Dragon® represents protection, courage, strength, peace and resilience. She became the symbol of Pink Warrior® during Fiona’s cancer journey in 2005.

ORDERING & PURCHASING

How do I place an order?

Browse the PINK WARRIOR SHOP and choose the product you’d like. Select the available colour, message and quantity, then choose BUY NOW or ADD TO CART if you’d like to continue shopping.

When you’re ready, review your order and select CHECKOUT to complete your purchase.

Check it, then click it! Take a quick look at your item’s details before placing your order, including fit and size, colour, message and quantity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently use PayPal Checkout to securely process payments. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order. Depending on the options available at checkout, you can pay using a major credit or debit card without creating or signing into a PayPal account.

When is my order processed?

Our goal is to process your order by the next business day after payment has been successfully authorized. Once your order is processed, it is sent to the manufacturer for production.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer for production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

Can I order a product that is currently unavailable?

We update product availability based on the latest information from our manufacturers, but inventory and product lines can change without our knowledge, so we do not offer back orders.

If an item is unavailable, please check back later or look through our other styles. We try to keep similar styles available when we can.

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

If you’re having trouble finding what you’re looking for, contact us at customerservice@pinkwarrior.com. We’ll do our best to suggest something that may work for you.

How do I know what size to order?

Sizing and fit can vary between products and styles. Please check the size chart on the product page before placing your order.

If you have questions about the fit or sizing of a particular item, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Is there a FREE SHIPPING offer right now?

Yes! Pretax orders of $150 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING in Canada!

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. After your order is processed, it is sent to the manufacturer for production. Items are produced and shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Production time comes first, followed by shipping and delivery.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, the manufacturer provides tracking information, which we pass along to you. If your order ships in more than one package, you may receive more than one tracking number. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If you need faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Expedited shipping may be available, but it applies to shipping time only — it does not shorten production time.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Our regular checkout is currently available only for Canadian orders.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns, replacements or refunds?

Our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy applies to products purchased directly through PinkWarrior.com.

Products purchased through another business, website or seller are subject to that seller’s own policies. Pink Warrior® is not affiliated with or responsible for purchases made through other businesses, websites or sellers.
